Our consultants have studied with top professors from leading business schools and are certified experts in the Human Asset Review®, Hogan Assessments®, and LeaderFit® executive assessment methodology, graduated from the Berkley Executive Coaching Institute (Berkley US) and yearly MetaIntegral Institute and Management Coaching Institute programs Yana Arduy.

Team and strategic sessions
Long-term development programs
Successful adult leaders are difficult to change. To drive change on a personal and team level, we conduct modular development programs.

The purpose of the programs is to unleash the potential of leaders, support the personal transformation of each participant, and help develop and implement new patterns of thinking and behavior. Program participants master new logics of action and gain practical experience in different formats: case studies, personal and team projects, game formats, etc.

Programs consist of 4−5 modules. Certified coaches help participants reach their potential through regular coaching sessions. Duration: from 9 months to 1.5 years.
